Triunfo de Ilva en Interni Think Tank

La firma participó en dos proyectos experimentales de la exposición, celebrada del 13 al 25 de abril en la Universidad degli Studi de Milán: Hedgehog, de Jean-Michel Wilmotte; y la cocina Ex-temporary, diseñada por OIA.

Hedgehog (el puercoespín) es un espacio vegetal y de meditación de más de ocho metros de altura, concebido por el prestigioso estudio de arquitectura Wilmotte para contrarrestar un entorno urbano saturado. Realizada con materiales naturales y nobles, una gran torre recubierta de plantas alberga en su interior una estructura de madera, tratada con Ilva Klima Wax; una impregnación de efecto cera que hace de este refugio un espacio natural y ecológico.

Klima Wax es ideal para una protección óptima de la madera al exterior frente a los agentes atmosféricos, presenta una alta resistencia a la luz y constituye una barrera eficaz contra el ataque de hongos, el moho y los parásitos. Se distingue además porque respeta y deja mostrarse la belleza natural de la madera utilizada, otorgándole un color uniforme en todos los tonos disponibles.

Por otra parte, la cocina Ex-temporary es un proyecto que tiene como objetivo la interpretación y la imagen abstracta de un objeto reconocible en el hábitat contemporáneo: la cocina.

En la cocina Ex-temporary se muestran en su máxima expresión las prestaciones innovadoras de Ilva Silver Power, un acabado al agua para interiores, que combina el poder desinfectante de la plata con la nanotecnología, garantizando a la superficie una extraordinaria capacidad higiénica, ya que erradica en un 99% el crecimiento de bacterias que sobre ella se depositan.

Según Marco Buitafava, Director Comercial de la compañía en Italia, mediante la inversión en tecnología, Ilva está desmontando día a día el tópico de que la industria química amenaza al medio ambiente.
