Todo preparado para la última ZOW Pordenone

La VIII edición de ZOW Pordenone, que tendrá lugar del 15 al 18 del próximo mes de octubre, se presenta movida. Será la última ZOW que se celebrará en esta localidad y mostrará el pulso que vive el sector en Italia.

Para la industria de la madera y el mueble, el año 2008 empezó con un consolidado liderazgo de la producción italiana. Según los análisis del centro de estudios Cosmit y Federlegno-Arredo, si durante el pasado año 2007 las exportaciones de producto italiano superaron los 4.400 millones de euros y las importaciones fueron de 2.000 millones de euros, en los primeros tres meses de 2008, las exportaciones de Italia alcanzaron un billón de euros, contra las importaciones de 447 millones de euros.

Esto muestra claramente una buena salud para el sector de la industria de la madera y el mueble en Italia, algo que se verá reflejado en la próxima edición de la feria ZOW Pordenone, que este año espera la participación de 700 compañías procedentes de 30 países diferentes. Los mayores fabricantes han confirmado su presencia en el evento.

Este mes de octubre, ZOW Pordenone destacará también por la ampliación de su área expositiva, que ha aumentado en 3.000 metros cuadrados. Tal y como informó Espacio Cocina el pasado mes de junio, ésta es la razón por la que los organizadores de ZOW Pordenone hayan decidido que ésta sea la última edición de la feria en la localidad homónima. La próxima edición de ZOW tendrá lugar en Verona, del 21 al 24 de octubre de 2009. Ante esta circunstacia, Feria Pordenone celebrará en las mismas fechas, en los mismos pabellones y con el mismo equipo organizativo que hasta ahora organizaba ZOW, la Feria SICAM 2009.
