Con fecha del pasado martes 26 de noviembre los consejos de administración de Altro Manresa, S.A. y de Supergrif Kitchen and Bath, S.L. han firmado una acuerdo de fusión en una única sociedad.

En un comunicado conjunto se justifica la operación por el buen entendimiento existente entre ambas empresas desde hace años: "las sinergias son evidentes bajo todo punto de vista. Desde la parte de concepción de productos, para los cuales ambas empresas trabajan con reconocidos diseñadores a nivel mundial, como también desde el punto de vista de marketing y distribución".

El proceso de fusión emprendido hará que de forma progresiva las diferentes áreas funcionales y operativas de la empresa se integren en una sola unidad de negocio que estará situada en las dependencias de Supergrif en Sant Andreu de la Barca (Barcelona).
