Silestone patrocina el congreso Gastronomika

Silestone vuelve a formar parte de una de las citas gastronómicas internacionales más relevantes. Además de patrocinar el congreso, colabora con la colocación de material para las demostraciones y actuaciones del mismo.

Silestone patrocina San Sebastián Gastronomika, congreso de alta gastronomía y enología que se celebra en el Palacio de Congresos Kursaal de San Sebastián estos días, concretamente del 23 al 25 de noviembre. La edición anterior de este congreso concentró a 20.000 visitantes, 1.200 marcas representadas, 960 congresistas, 150 expositores y 280 medios de comunicación.

Dentro de San Sebastián Gastronomika se celebra Espacio Market, una feria con 5.000 metros cuadrados de exposición donde se juntan profesionales del mundo gastronómico nacional e internacional. En este espacio, Silestone cuenta con un stand donde se presentarán algunas de las últimas novedades de la marca, como son los nuevos colores Blanco Zeus Extreme y Nuit Bleue, este último con la nueva textura recientemente lanzada, Volcano. Además, colores de la serie Platinum by Fernando Alonso, y el negro Tao y Magenta Energy formarán parte de este espacio.

Por otra parte, Silestone es protagonista de otros espacios del congreso. La encimera principal del auditorio es Silestone Carbono de la serie Platinum, y en la zona de talleres, encimeras en color Blanco Zeus Extreme, Rojo Vital y Magenta Energy, servirán de mesas de trabajo para las múltiples creaciones de los grandes profesionales.

Sobre el congreso

El congreso tendrá dos líneas fundamentales: Las trayectorias-La memoria del Futuro, donde, por parejas, grandes cocineros nacionales e internacionales comentarán su trayectoria, y Las infinitas cocinas de Japón, donde se analizará también la trayectoria de los principales cocineros nipones.

Paralelamente al congreso, se realizarán otras actividades, entre ellas, Off Gastronomika, unas jornadas dedicadas a analizar el mundo de la restauración, principalmente enfocadas en la sala y el servicio. En dicho marco, se celebrará el  Campeonato de Pintxos de Euskal Herria.

Gastronomika Popular es la cita donde el congreso se abre a la ciudad. Durante la mañana del domingo, 22 de noviembre, clases de cocina, concursos, y un recorrido especial de pintxos, son algunas de las actividades de las que disfrutarán los que se acerquen al Palacio de Congresos.
