Silestone, en las cocinas del BCulinary Center

El pasado 3 de octubre comenzaron las clases en el BCulinary Center, la primera Universidad de Ciencias Gastronómicas de España, la segunda de Europa, y la primera a nivel mundial que integre un centro de I+ D.

El Consejo Asesor Internacional del BCulinary Center está presidido por Ferrán Adriá y lo forman embajadores de lujo, como Yukkio Hattori (Japón), Massimo Bottura (Italia), Michel Bras (Francia), René Redzepi (Dinamarca), Dan Barber (Estados Unidos), Gastón Acurio (Perú), Alex Atala (Brasil) y Heston Bluementhal (Reino Unido).

Esta Universidad de las Ciencias Gastronómicas contará con cuatro aulas polivalentes, entre las que se encuentran varias cocinas, donde Silestone ha sido el producto elegido para las encimeras. En total 500 metros cuadrados de Silestone equiparán las cocinas en las que se formarán los alumnos.

La firma del acuerdo tuvo lugar el 26 de enero, en Madrid. En la imagen, el Director de BCulinary Center, Joxe Mari Aizega y el Director de Comunicación y Marketing de Silestone, Santiago Alfonso.
