Silestone by Cosentino entrega el Premio Cocinero del Año europeo en Madrid Fusión 2018

La multinacional patrocina este reconocimiento desde el año 2014. Vanessa Feo, responsable de Comunicación y RR.PP. Internacional de Grupo Cosentino, será la encargada de entregar la estatuilla a Sebastian Frank, cocinero austriaco del restaurante Horváth (Berlín), mañana en Madrid Fusión.

22.01.2018 Silestone by Cosentino está presente un año más en una de las citas gastronómicas más importantes a nivel global. La Cumbre Internacional de Gastronomía Madrid Fusión celebra este año su decimosexta edición. Del 22 al 24 de enero en el Palacio de Congresos de Madrid, la multinacional asiste como espónsor, a través de sus productos, a esta destacada cita con la alta cocina mundial por 11º año.

Además, desde el año 2014, Cosentino patrocina el Premio Cocinero del Año en Europa, un prestigioso reconocimiento que la cumbre entrega cada año desde hace cuatro ediciones. En esta ocasión, la organización ha galardonado al cocinero austriaco Sebastian Frank, del restaurante Horváth de Berlín.

El certamen gastronómico destaca así la cocina exigente y rebelde de este chef. Frank rompe con rígidas líneas tradicionales y abre nuevos caminos. El acto de entrega se llevará a cabo el próximo 23 de enero a las 14.05 horas en el auditorio principal de Madrid Fusión. Hasta allí se trasladará Vanessa Feo, responsable de Comunicación y RR.PP. Internacional de Grupo Cosentino.

Encimeras Silestone

Madrid Fusión contará con más de 10 de encimeras de Silestone, en diferentes tonalidades, sobre las que cocinarán chefs de prestigio internacional.

La XVI edición de Madrid Fusión se centrará en la nueva generación de cocineros que está marcando tendencia. Tendrán lugar conferencias, talleres y demostraciones de cocina abordarán innovadores sabores, texturas y técnicas. Este año, Japón se convierte en el país invitado.
