Continúan los showcookings en Leroy Merlin con Neolith y Víctor Rodrigo

Neolith sigue con su espectáculo gastronómico de la mano de Víctor Rodrigo, realizando diversos shocookings por los Leroy Merlin de Cataluña.

Víctor Rodrigo (elegido Cocinero del Año en 2012, Concursante de Top Chef España 2014, y candidato de la Comunidad Valenciana al Bocuse D’Or en 2015) elaborará una de sus recetas más conocidas: El Bosque, sobre una encimera de cocina realizada con Neolith Pierre Bleue y La Bohème.

De esta manera pone a prueba, delante de todos los allí presentes, la durabilidad de la Piedra Sinterizada ya que no se raya y es un material totalmente apto para el contacto directo con alimentos. Tampoco se quema ni absorbe ningún líquido, y encima es muy fácil de limpiar, afirma el cocinero. El Bosque es una receta elaborada sobre una base de cremoso de parmesano a la cual añade ingredientes como boletus, piedras de macadamia o guiso de seitán. Especias y texturas diversas completan esta escena tan bien lograda a todos los niveles.

El próximo showcooking será este viernes 16 en Leroy Merlin Tarragona y el sábado 17, en Leroy Merlin Sant Boi, desde las 11.30 hasta las 14.
