Sergi Arola se vincula a la marca Cosentino

Cosentino ha alcanzado un acuerdo con Sergi Arola por el que éste se vinculará durante varios años con la firma española para la promoción y desarrollo de sus marcas Silestone y Scalea.

Durante el acto de presentación del acuerdo, celebrado en la sede central de Cosentino en Cantoria (Almería), ambas partes explicaron los motivos de esta alianza que supondrá la futura participación de Arola en distintos eventos, ferias o encuentros promovidos por Cosentino.

Por su parte, los materiales de Cosentino, tanto de la marca Silestone como las piedras naturales de Scalea, vestirán el nuevo restaurante que el cocinero inaugurará próximamente en Madrid. Además, Arola también pasará a formar parte del Consejo Asesor del Instituto Silestone para la Higiene en la Cocina (ISHC), promovido por la compañía presidida por Francisco Martínez-Cosentino.

Durante la jornada tuvo lugar también la presentación de la Guía Gastronómica de Almería, elaborada por el crítico y miembro de la Academia Andaluza de Gastronomía Antonio Zapata. Además del autor, la presentación también corrió a cargo de Valeriano Sánchez Ramos, Director del Instituto de Estudios Almerienses (IEA) y Alfonso Ruiz, coordinador de la serie Guías de Almería: Territorio, Cultura y Arte. La guía, editada bajo el auspicio de Cosentino y el IEA, hace un recorrido geográfico, cultural y gastronómico por los grandes tesoros culinarios que posee la provincia almeriense. A dicha presentación han acudido numerosos representantes institucionales de la provincia, así como de las localidades situadas en la comarca del mármol.
