Se amplía el servicio de venta online de Ikea

Ikea lanza el servicio de venta online en diversos nuevos establecimientos de nuestro país, tras la prueba piloto en Valencia y País Vasco.

La firma sueca, según informa Expansión.com, amplía su venta por Internet a sus tiendas de Barcelona (Badalona, L@¬#Hospitalet de Llobregat y Sabadell), La Coruña, Asturias, Málaga y Valladolid, establecimientos que se unen a los  de Valencia y Baracaldo (Vizcaya) en los que se está llevando a cabo esta prueba piloto desde septiembre.

Tienda Ikea de Barcelona.

En una primera fase, Ikea puso en marcha este servicio en sus tres tiendas de Barcelona (Badalona, L@¬# Hospitalet de Llobregat y Sabadell), y en las de Valladolid, Málaga, Asturias y La Coruña. Desde el jueves 10, Ikea también ofrece venta online en sus tres establecimientos de Madrid, situados en San Sebastián de los Reyes, Alcorcón y Vallecas. La próxima semana se unirán Sevilla, Jerez, Murcia y Zaragoza.

Esta prueba piloto permite comprar a través de la web y recogerlo en tienda (click and collect), con un coste de 16 euros en todos los establecimientos con servicio online, excepto en Granada, donde Ikea ofrece estos servicios a través de un proveedor externo con gastos de envío de 29 euros. Ikea también ofrece la posibilidad de recibirlo en casa, con un coste de entre 50 a 280 euros, dependiendo del precio del producto. A través de la web, se pueden comprar la mayoría de artículos del catálogo de Ikea exceptuando plantas naturales, productos de alimentación, encimeras a medida o artículos cuya referencia sea la misma para diferentes colores.

A pesar de que este servicio aún no está operativo en las 18 tiendas que Ikea posee en el país, la compañía ofrece en los demás diversas posibilidades que se acercan a la compra on line, y espera implementarlo en la totalidad de sus establecimientos españoles en breve.
