Scavolini creates nearly 250 high-performance kitchens, custom designed by Jeffrey Beers for Manhattan´s preeminent condominium One West End.

Scavolini has been commissioned by development partners Elad Group and Silverstein Properties to create nearly 250 high-performance kitchens custom-designed by hospitality visionary Jeffrey Beers for One West End, the resort-inspired residential tower rising at the corner of 59th Street and West End Avenue.

The 42-story tower is the first and tallest condominium to come to market within Christian de Portzamparc’s Riverside Center, a master plan that will provide 3.2 acres of green space and a new K-8 public school. One West End is not only the largest new construction condominium to launch sales in Manhattan in 2015, the project was also selected by the International Property Awards as the Top Residential High-Rise Development for New York in 2015, winning the 5 Star Award.
