Desde el pasado 11 de noviembre de 2016, la empresa Bortoluzzi Sistemi, ubicada en Belluno (Italia), es propiedad de Salice.

Desde el momento de las primeras cuotas de la adquisición en 2010, las empresas han desarrollado una coalición estratégica. Ahora, con la adquisición total, Salice refuerza todavía más su papel de interlocutor en el campo de los modernos sistemas de abertura, desde las bisagras para muebles, los sistemas de alzamiento, las guías y cajones, hasta los refinados sistemas corredizos: productos para todos los ambientes, entre ellos la cocina.
