Roca anuncia 191 despidos más

Tras los 125 despidos que acordó Roca el pasado mes de julio -70 en Gavá, 43 en Alcalá de Guadaira, 7 en Alcalá de Henares y 5 en Barcelona-, la firma anuncia ahora 191 despidos más en Sevilla, lo que sumaría un recorte total de la plantilla de un 10%.

Roca anunció ayer otros 191 despidos de su planta de Cerámicas Bellavista, ubicada en la localidad de Dos Hermanas (Sevilla), y el traslado de esta producción a la fábrica de Alcalá de Guadaira, también en Sevilla. El nuevo ERE afecta al 80% de la plantilla de Cerámicas Bellavista, unas instalaciones que se mantendrán como oficinas y almacén.

Estos despidos se suman al expediente anunciado el pasado mes de julio y que supuso la salida de 389 trabajadores de las plantas de Gavá (Barcelona), Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) y Alcalá de Guadaira, así como de sus oficinas en Barcelona. En total, la plantilla inicial de 5.900 empleados se ha recortado este año un 10%.

Según apunta el periódico Cinco Días, el consejero andaluz de empleo, Antonio Fernández, ha adelantado el rechazo de la Junta a este expediente porque aplica soluciones estructurales a problemas coyunturales. Roca lo niega y alega que se trata de un cambio de un ciclo económico.
