10.02.2020 El Comité de Nominación de Electrolux ha planteado la elección de Henrik Henriksson y Karin Overbeck como nuevos miembros de la Junta Directiva de AB Electrolux, en preparación para la Asamblea General Anual de la compañía, el 31 de marzo de 2020. El comité también ha propuesto la reelección de Staffan Bohman (presidente), Petra Hedengran, Ulla Litzén, Fredrik Persson, David Porter, Jonas Samuelson y Kai Wärn como miembros de la Junta. Hasse Johansson y Ulrika Saxon han rechazado la reelección.

Henrik Henriksson, nacido en 1970, es ciudadano sueco. Ejerce como presidente y CEO de Scania AB. También es miembro de la Junta de Scania AB y Hexagon AB. Anteriormente ocupó varios puestos de responsabilidad en Scania, incluidos cuatro años como director de Exportación en Scania South Africa Pty Ltd en Johannesburgo (Sudáfrica). Tiene una licenciatura en Ciencias en Administración de Empresas.

Karin Overbeck, nacida en 1966, es ciudadana alemana. CEO de Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions GmbH, anteriormente ocupó varios puestos de responsabilidad en la Corporación KAO, L’Oréal, Tchibo y Unilever. Cuenta con un máster en Economía, Marketing y Finanzas.

El Comité de Nominación de Electrolux está compuesto por Johan Forssell (presidente), Investor AB; Kaj Thorén, Alecta; Marianne Nilsson, Swedbank Robur Funds, y Anders Oscarsson, AMF – Försäkring och Fonder. También incluye a Staffan Bohman y Fredrik Persson, presidente y director, respectivamente, de la Junta de Electrolux.
