Reestructuración y nombramientos en Titus Group

Tras cinco años de crecimiento sólido y constante donde la compañía ha más que duplicado sus ingresos, Titus Group ha iniciado un programa de reestructuración organizacional para reforzar y dar continuidad a las altas tasas de crecimiento actuales.

19.09.2018 El nuevo programa de reestructuración de Titus Group tiene como objetivo apoyar estrategias clave de crecimiento, incluida una administración mejorada, inversiones en nuevos productos como conectores de armarios, bisagras ocultas y mecanismo de cierre suave de muebles, así como crecimiento en el sector de la amortiguación.

Como parte de este programa de reorganización, Titus Group ha anunciado dos importantes nuevos nombramientos: Tadej Gosak como consejero delegado de Europa y Holger Geesmann como director comercial del continente.

Nombramientos

El nuevo CEO de Titus Europe, Tadej Gosak, aporta una gran experiencia en gestión desde puestos que incluyen director general o comercial en varias empresas líderes multinacionales y  eslovenas. Su trayectoria incluye la exitosa transformación de su empresa anterior, a la guió través de una exitosa reestructuración y fusión. Asumirá la responsabilidad de la división europea de Titus Group durante un período de inversiones para aprovechar las oportunidades en los mercados estratégicos europeos.

Holger Geesmann, por su parte, ha trabajado en el sector fabricación de armarios durante toda su vida profesional y, en los últimos años, ha logrado un notable éxito en el puesto de director comercial y Key Account Management para un importante especialista en alemán. Como CCO, Holger se responsabilizará de las ventas, la gestión de productos y el desarrollo en un período de expansión estratégica y ritmo acelerado de lanzamiento de nuevos productos. Su profundo conocimiento de los productos y del mercado, complementado por su amplia experiencia en la gestión de ventas, son activos que respaldarán el desarrollo del negocio de Titus en la industria europea del mobiliario y la amortiguación.
