Quique Dacosta y Porcelanosa crearán una nueva línea de cocinas

El chef tres estrellas Michelin y la firma española trabajarán juntos en una línea de cocinas vanguardistas y exclusivas.

El acuerdo, que se consolidará en las próximas semanas, pone de manifiesto la excelencia del diseño y la fabricación española a través de la unión de las sinergias que el cocinero y la compañía castellonense pondrán a disposición de los amantes de la cocina. Esta nueva línea, que incluirá las soluciones más innovadoras y el diseño más actual, estará en el mercado en el primer trimestre de 2016 en España, Estados Unidos, Italia, Reino Unido y Francia, entre otros países. Gracias a esta colaboración, Quique Dacosta se convertirá en embajador de Porcelanosa en todo el mundo: la cocina profesional entra en casa.

El próximo 9 de septiembre el chef, de origen extremeño y valenciano de adopción, estará en la inauguración de la tienda de Porcelanosa en la Quinta Avenida de Nueva York, a la que asistirán representantes de la cultura, el cine y la moda como Sarah Jessica Parker o Richard Gere. El proyecto arquitectónico, que se esconde detrás del emblemático edificio de fachada neoclásica de principios del siglo XX, ha sido realizado por el estudio de prestigioso arquitecto Norman Foster.

El chef, Doctor Honoris Causa en Bellas Artes, ha convertido Quique Dacosta Restaurante, con tres estrellas Michelin y presente en la prestigiosa lista The World’s 50 Best Restaurants by The Restaurant Magazine, en un referente mundial de la alta gastronomía.

Quique Dacosta, único cocinero tres estrellas en la Comunidad Valenciana, es también propietario de los restaurantes El Poblet (1*), Vuelve Carolina y Mercatbar en Valencia. Acaba de publicar su cuarto libro 3. Quique Dacosta y está inmerso en la temporada 2015, Estados de Ánimo, en su restaurante de Denia.
