Primera sesión de trabajo del Gremio Madera y Mueble de Cataluña

La sede en Vic (Barcelona) del Grupo Alvic acogió el pasado 7 de septiembre la primera de las sesiones de trabajo de la nueva Junta y Consejo del Gremio Madera y Mueble de Cataluña, que reúne 359 empresas de todas las ramas del mundo de la madera.

12.09.2017 La Junta del Gremio fue elegida en junio pasado y está presidida por Joaquim Feixas (Decustik-Mecakim de Torelló, Barcelona). Según Infomadera Digital, en la jornada celebrada en la sede de Grupo Alvic, la gerente Conxita Montmany y el consejero delegado, Javier Rosales dieron la bienvenida a la nueva Junta del Gremio y les ofrecieron una visita a sus renovadas plantas de producción automatizada en Vic.

En la reunión de Junta que se celebró a continuación de la visita, en el showroom de Grupo Alvic, todos los participantes debatieron sobre los proyectos y realidades del gremio, entre los que destacan la próxima realización de la IV Semana de la Madera de Cataluña que se celebrará del 19 al 29 de octubre de 2017, así como otros proyectos dirigidos a poner en valor la madera ante la sociedad y los organismos públicos en las condiciones más adecuadas de producción, sostenibilidad, conexión al territorio, salud y eficiencia energética.

El nuevo equipo político y técnico del Gremio realizará sus reuniones periódicas en diferentes lugares del territorio catalán, bien sea en entidades del sector o en empresas destacadas afines a esta nueva manera de ver el mundo de la madera, orientado a  innovación, reindustrialización, clusterización e internacionalización …. Muchos de los servicios básicos del Gremio, que actualmente cuenta con 359 empresas de todos los tamaños y especialidades, están específicamente pensados para las pequeñas y medianas empresas.

Cabe destacar que en la reunión celebrada el día 5 de septiembre, Luis Gilabert, como presidente de Sector Madera Cataluña (SFC), ofreció los recursos de la nueva patronal catalana a todas aquellas entidades sectoriales y empresas interesadas en trabajar en serio por proyectos reales que impulsen la madera a nivel local e internacional. El presidente del Gremio, Joaquim Feixas terminó el encuentro asegurando el apoyo del Gremio para conseguir estos objetivos.
