Indesit Company ha sido reconocida con el prestigioso Premio Imprese x Innovation, que concede cada año la Confederación General de la Industria Italiana a las compañías más comprometidas con la innovación.

Indesit Company dedica más de un tercio de sus inversiones a investigación y canales de desarrollo de nuevos productos a través de un modelo de innovación abierta que implica a proveedores, fabricantes de aparatos para el hogar, universidades y centros de investigación de Italia y del extranjero.

Cerca de 600 personas trabajan para la compañía en el área de Investigación & Desarrollo, de tal manera que el número de patentes registradas crece a un ritmo del 30% anual. De cara al consumidor final, esta investigación confluye en productos exclusivos en el mercado, como el frigorífico Quadrio, la lavadora Aqualtis o el horno Openspace.

El cuidado por el medio ambiente, la facilidad de uso, el diseño ergonómico, la flexibilidad y la estética cuidada son los conductores del proceso de desarrollo de nuevos productos.

Para Andrea Merloni, presidente de Indesit Company, el premio supone un importante reconocimiento al compromiso constante de la compañía en este ámbito y es un reflejo más de las ideas y el talento de nuestra gente.
