La piedra sinterizada de Lapitec, en una heladería italiana

La heladería artesanal Capo di Latte de Vicenza (Italia) ha elegido la piedra sinterizada de Lapitec para crear la encimera y la superficie donde se alojan las cubetas de helado en el mostrador.

06.08.2018 Lapitec con acabado Satin ha protagonizado el diseño de esta heladería, realizado por el Estudio 02AA de Vicenza. Al tratarse de una heladería, el color no podía ser otro que el Bianco Crema: los matices cálidos y al mismo tiempo luminosos de esta tonalidad se adaptan perfectamente al mobiliario y la decoración del local y crean un ambiente acogedor y elegante.

Ventajas técnicas

Desde el punto de vista técnico, el material se eligió por su gran maquinabilidad: a pesar de tener un espesor de tan solo 12 mm, se ha perforado la encimera en varios puntos muy cercanos entre sí para alojar las cubetas de helado. Ha sido posible hacerlo sin roturas gracias a la gran resistencia de la piedra sinterizada incluso en caso de mecanizados extremos.

Además, Lapitec ha respondido bien a las oscilaciones térmicas continuas que sufre la encimera; puesto que el material no contiene resinas, es idóneo tanto para temperaturas altas como bajas. Por último, el acabado Satin es especialmente fácil de limpiar, por lo que contribuye a mantener un altísimo nivel higiénico-sanitario en la superficie de apoyo destinada a los clientes y en la encimera de trabajo.
