Nuevo Director de RRHH en Indesit

Gian Luca Grondona es el nuevo Director de Recursos Humanos de Indesit Company. Desde el próximo 1 de enero de 2011, trabajará directamente con el CEO de Indesit, Marco Milani.

Será el responsable de coordinar todos los procesos y políticas relacionadas con la gestión  de recursos humanos a nivel del Grupo.

Gian Luca tiene 40 años y es de Génova. Después de graduarse en Ciencias Políticas, comenzó su carrera de Recursos Humanos en Fiat Auto y se unió a  Indesit Company en 2001. A lo largo de la década ha ostentado puestos de creciente responsabilidad en la multinacional de electrodomésticos.  Después de su experiencia inicial en una fábrica, se convirtió en Gerente de Recursos Humanos de Fabricación en 2004 y después en Director de Recursos Humanos, Técnico e Industrial, a cargo de todo el personal de las instalaciones de producción y de los departamentos de producción e innovación. En 2009 se hizo cargo de la gestión de los recursos humanos de los departamentos de ventas, marketing y servicios.

Por su parte, Neriman Ulsever, en el Grupo desde 1994 y Directora de Recursos Humanos desde 2006, será nombrada Presidente de Indesit Turquía con el fin de iniciar un plan de trabajo para fortalecer la presencia de la compañía en los mercados estratégicos.
