03.02.2020 BSH Hausgeräte GmbH anuncia que Carla Kriwet será la nueva CEO de la multinacional alemana fabricante de electrodomésticos, a partir del próximo 1 de julio. La futura CEO del Grupo BSH, Carla Kriwet, tiene 48 años y es doctora en administración de empresas y trabaja como miembro del Comité Ejecutivo y Chief Business Leader del área Connected Care de Royal Philips.

Kriwet sustituirá en el cargo a Uwe Raschke, quien ha dirigido BSH desde julio de 2019. Recordemos que Raschke fue nombrado entonces CEO de BSH Hausgeräte GmbH, después de que Karsten Ottenberg, en junio del año pasado, dejara la compañía por voluntad propia, después de haber liderado la vinculación de BSH con el Grupo Bosch.

Entre los aspectos mejor valorados por BSH a la hora de escoger a su futura CEO, está que posee una amplia experiencia en negocios relacionados con productos y servicios tecnológicamente sofisticados. Esto puede ayudar a la estrategia de la multinacional de liderar los servivios digitales en la cocina conectada.

En este sentido, Stefan Asenkerschbaumer, presidente del Consejo de Vigilancia de BSH, ha dicho: Carla Kriwet es una gerente experimentada con una destacada capacidad de liderazgo y una gran experiencia en tecnologías digitales y productos innovadores. Estamos encantados de nombrarla CEO del Consejo de Administración de BSH.

También, el Grupo BSH incorporó un nuevo director financiero, Gerhard Dambach, en septiembre de 2019. Gerhard Dambach es doctor en Ingeniería Industrial, y ha trabajado para el grupo Bosch desde 1993, donde ha ocupado diferentes posiciones en puestos directivos, en áreas de finanzas y control económico.
