Neolith Urban Boutique Madrid acoge la presentación de la Agenda Gourmet 2020

Agenda Gourmet 2020 en Neolith Urban Boutique de Madrid

18.11.2019 Hace unos días se celebró en NUB (Neolith Urban Boutique) Madrid el evento de presentación de la Agenda Gourmet 2020, publicada por la editorial Oberon (Grupo Anaya) y el blog gastronómico Gourmet Like Me, en colaboración con grandes chefs. Chefs con estrellas Michelin, como Martín Berasategui, Elena Arzak, Diego Guerrero, Susi Díaz, Mario Sandoval o Paco Roncero dieron su apoyo a la iniciativa.

Así, Sebastian Simon, autor de Gourmet Like Me presentó a los más de 40 foodies y blogueros gastronómicos que se dieron cita en NUB Madrid, su nueva Agenda Gourmet 2020, repleta de deliciosos contenidos que además esconde un fin solidario, pues el 50% de los derechos será destinado a Acción Contra El Hambre, una organización sin ánimo de lucro que lucha contra las causas y los efectos del hambre.

Neolith y la alta gastronomía

Tras la presentación, conducida por el equipo de Neolith, el chef cocinó para los allí presentes tres aperitivos que preparó al momento sobre una de las cocinas de la Urban Boutique. Fue una gran  experiencia gastronómica que puso de manifiesto la capacidad creativa del chef, así como la belleza y resistencia de las encimeras Neolith, en el espacio ubicado en pleno centro de Madrid (Pasaje Enrique Ruano, 2) donde se pueden apreciar las numerosas bondades de la piedra sinterizada.

Asimismo, y continuando con la relación entre Neolith y la alta gastronomía, la firma colabora, desde hoy día 18 hasta el 20 de noviembre, con el Fórum Gastronómico de Barcelona, donde se dan cita los mejores chefs de todo el mundo.
