Neolith, en la Escuela de Cocina Nonna Paperina de Tiziana Colombo

Tiziana Colombo, más conocida como Nonna Paperina, y una de las caras más populares de la cocina italiana, ha escogido Neolith Calacatta para su nuevo espacio de cocina.

20.06.2019 Sensiblemente preocupada por el mundo de las intolerancias alimentarias, y tras 30 años inmersa en él, en 2004 Tiziana Colombo (Nonna Paperina)creó su blog especializado en este tema. Hasta que hace dos años decidió embarcarse en un nuevo proyecto, creando su propia escuela de cocina situada en Brianza para compartir sus recetas, y demostrar cómo crear platos sabrosos para personas con intolerancia.

Para su nuevo proyecto, Tiziana escogió Neolith porque necesitaba una superficie excepcionalmente higiénica y fácil de mantener, además de resistente a los cortes con cuchillos y a las temperaturas extremas. Me encantó su gama de superficies marmoladas, con sus tablas de un refrescante blanco e intensas vetas oscuras, y supe que las quería para la escuela, afirma.

Para ello la popular chef italiana apostó por el modelo Calacatta en la mesa de demostraciones, las superficies de trabajo y en todas las mesas de la cocina formativa, complementando a la perfección la paleta de blancos y grises escogida para el espacio.
