Miele España ha elegido a salesforce.com, compañía líder en cloud computing, para potenciar su servicio de atención al cliente.

La necesidad de acudir a una solución CRM surgió principalmente del proceso de centralización de actividades administrativas en Madrid, del que surgieron nuevos departamentos integrados en el de marketing: atención al cliente y departamento de formación al canal. Fue precisamente en ambos departamentos donde el año pasado se comenzó a implementar esta solución y en un tiempo récord de tan sólo cuatro meses.

El CRM de salesforce.com ha permitido una rápida identificación de los consumidores así como un fácil acceso a su historial de compras. De esta manera, la compañía refuerza uno de sus principales valores, la excelente atención al cliente donde cada uno de ellos se siente atendido como cliente preferente.

Por otra parte, la aplicación ha contribuido a la automatización del proceso de consultas a través de un formulario único. Además, otro área que se ha visto mejorada ha sido la gestión de formación de vendedores. A través de la solución de salesforce.com, el canal puede obtener información a tiempo real de los cursos que se imparten, datos de valor para ventas o establecer comunicación relacional.
