María Santa, de Navarro Azorín, premio a la mujer trabajadora

La Asociación Regional de Empresarios de la Madera ha entregado el Premio a la Mujer Trabajadora que, en su VI edición, ha recaído en María Santa Ibáñez, fundadora de la empresa Navarro Azorín junto con Juan Navarro .

De izquierda a derecha, Francisco Lax, Presidente de AREMA; María Santa, Marcos Ortuño, alcalde de Yecla y José Vélez, Director General de Trabajo.

Recibió el premio de manos de José Vélez, Director General de Trabajo quién destacó la trayectoria laboral de la premiada. En sus palabras de agradecimiento, María Santa recordó las dificultades que encontró cuando empezó su trayectoria profesional y agradeció la labor de las mujeres que en algún momento de su vida han luchado por conseguir la igualdad de la mujer: ”ojalá no tuviéramos que celebrar este día”, declaró.

Además de relatar anécdotas de su pasado comercial en la empresa, también tuvo palabras de aliento para todas las mujeres que en la situación actual no pueden encontrar un puesto de trabajo. Cerró el acto el Alcalde de Yecla quien se congratuló de que la premiada pertenezca a una empresa como Navarro Azorín, comprometida con la cultura en general y con la música en particular como forma de mejorar el entorno en el que se ubica.
