Luis Peña se jubila tras 40 años en Indaux

Después de 40 años de dedicación al diseño y desarrollo de producto en Indaux, Luis Peña, Director de la oficina técnica de la firma, se ha jubilado. Desde el 1 de enero, le sustituye en el cargo Xabier Aginagalde.

Xabier Aginagalde (en la imagen derecha), de 41 años, cuenta con una experiencia de 17 años en Indaux como ingeniero de desarrollo de producto. Ha participado en muchos proyectos de calado como la implantación de BAAN en la oficina técnica o el primer grupo de mejora continua con la metodología de las 5S.

Luis Peña (en la imagen portada), se incorporó a Indaux en 1971, con 25 años, y con él arrancó la Oficina Técnica bajo las directrices de Miguel Ángel Rioja. Ha vivido la evolución de la empresa, desde el primer taller hasta las 4 plantas productivas de la actualidad y la nueva ubicación de la sede central en el barrio San Prudencio, siempre en la localidad guipuzcoana de Getaria.
