Esta solución permite diseñar y desarrollar un mueble con las mismas herramientas y procedimientos que se utilizan en fábrica, pero crea mejores diseños en menor tiempo y los lleva a producción sin errores.

20-20 Technologies presenta la quinta versión de 20-20 CAD, un programa de diseño y fabricación asistido por ordenador 3D paramétrico específico para el sector del mueble que cubre las necesidades de la oficina técnica de los fabricantes de muebles, industrias auxiliares de la madera y equipamiento comercial.

20-20 CAD permite generar un nuevo modelaje con mayor eficacia utilizando formas paramétricas, genera planos de fabricación y planos de montaje asociativos con el modelo 3D; realiza, además, automáticamente los mecanizados necesarios para el montaje del mueble al colocar los herrajes, gestiona bibliotecas parametrizables de herramientas, perfiles, trayectorias, componentes estándar, herrajes, texturas, etc. Dispone de funciones avanzadas para las operaciones de corte, taladro, perfilado, cajeados, mecanizados y uniones.

Su integración con 20-20 CAM permite la gestión completa de la maquinaria CNC de planta; centros de mecanizado, seccionadoras de corte, pantógrafos, taladros punto a punto, chapadoras de cantos, etc. El programa convierte dibujos 2D y diseños 3D creados con 20-20 CAD o Expert Manager en programas CNC permitiendo en el taller generar los programas en tiempo real. Su motor de análisis y optimización se adapta a la configuración de cada máquina.
