El Grupo Fagor Electrodomésticos y Arrenta (Asociación para el Fomento de Alquiler y Acceso a la Vivienda) llegan a un acuerdo para la comercialización del ´Servicio Vivienda Fagor´.

El Servicio Vivienda de Fagor está destinado a facilitar la puesta en alquiler del parque de viviendas existente y está dirigido a constructoras, gestores de patrimonio, fondos de inversión inmobiliarios, entidades e instituciones que administran viviendas de alquiler.

Mediante este acuerdo, los clientes de Arrenta accederán a este servicio de puesta a punto de viviendas de alquiler que consta de equipamiento e instalación de muebles de cocina y electrodomésticos, equipamiento e instalación completa de mobiliario de hogar y servicio de mantenimiento de vivienda y gestión de todas las relaciones con los inquilinos. Igualmente plantea la monitorización mediante diversos indicadores de la situación del parque de viviendas así como la evaluación del nivel de satisfacción de los inquilinos mediante encuestas de satisfacción.
