La calificación RobecoSAM reconoce a Electrolux como empresa sostenible

Grupo Electrolux ha sido elegido líder en la categoría de Productos Domésticos Duraderos en el Anuario de Sostenibilidad RobecoSAM.

Es el quinto año consecutivo que RobecoSAM reconoce al Grupo Electrolux como Líder de la Industria, una distinción otorgada a las empresas en 59 categorías. RobecoSAM, que también publica el prestigioso Índice de Sostenibilidad Dow Jones (DJSI), evalúa a las empresas bajo tres enfoques: económico, ambiental y social. Esta calificación anual reconoce a las firmas con las mejores prácticas en sostenibilidad, entre 2.000 compañías de todo el mundo.

La sostenibilidad es una parte fundamental en la estrategia de Electrolux y, a través de un extenso programa que hemos desarrollado en el último año, hemos definido prioridades claras para garantizar que seguimos trabajando correctamente y que estamos marcando una verdadera diferencia en la vida de la gente y en nuestro planeta, afirma Henrik Sundström, vicepresidente de Asuntos de Sostenibilidad de Electrolux. Nuestra mayor prioridad es la eficiencia; continuar reduciendo el gasto en energía y en el agua que consumen nuestros productos, extraer menos recursos…

Además, Electrolux ha obtenido el reconociendo Gold Class, destinado a las empresas con las puntuaciones más altas en cada sector.
