Instituto Silestone, por la cocina saludable

El Instituto Silestone participa en la Caravana de la Salud de Disney, Ferràn Adrià y Carrefour, impartiendo talleres express de Manipulador Doméstico de Alimentos.

El Instituto Silestone, plataforma internacional promovida por Cosentino y dedicada al estudio y la divulgación de conocimiento sobre el espacio de la cocina, participa en la Caravana de la Salud, una iniciativa que ha puesto en marcha Carrefour de la mano de Disney y el chef Ferran Adrià para fomentar hábitos de vida saludable.

La Caravana de la Salud recorrerá España durante los próximos siete meses con el Nutribus, que cuenta con una exposición educativa sobre nutrición y una gran encimera azul de Silestone donde se impartirán los talleres de cocina. En los talleres se enseñará a las familias los beneficios de una alimentación sana y las claves para llevar un estilo de vida saludable.

El Instituto Silestone organizará talleres express de Manipulador Doméstico de Alimentos en la Caravana de la Salud. En estas sesiones se enseñarán las 10 claves de higiene en la cocina y se mostrará de forma práctica cómo evitar la contaminación cruzada en el proceso de manipulación y cocción de alimentos. Los talleres estarán impartidos por Maite Pelayo, microbióloga y experta en Seguridad Alimentaria del Instituto Silestone.

Esta iniciativa se enmarca en el proyecto educativo de Disney y Ferran Adrià, que tiene como base el libro Te cuento en la cocina, una publicación que contiene 60 recetas elaboradas por Ferran Adrià y explicadas de forma amena y divertida por personajes Disney.
