Instituto Silestone, de nuevo en la Caravana de la Salud

El Instituto Silestone, de la mano de Carrefour, el chef Ferran Adrià y Disney, vuelve a iniciar su ruta para concienciar a los más pequeños de la importancia de una buena alimentación. La iniciativa busca fomentar hábitos de vida saludables explicando cómo conseguir alimentos seguros desde su compra hasta que se ingieren.

09.05.2018 Por tercer año consecutivo la Caravana de la Salud recorrerá durante los próximos seis meses la geografía española para mostrar a las familias los beneficios de una alimentación saludable y algunos consejos para conseguir una alimentación más segura.

El Nutribus se compone de una zona educativa y otra lúdica en la que se imparten talleres que buscan divulgar, entre los más pequeños y de forma lúdica, que una buena alimentación y mantener hábitos de vida saludables son fundamentales para el crecimiento. Las sesiones se dividen en dos partes: la primera son consejos de nutrición y en la segunda los niños elaboran las recetas creadas por Ferran Adrià y explicadas por personajes Disney en el libro Te cuento en la cocina. El Instituto Silestone, por su parte, impartirá Talleres Express donde se explican 10 claves para manipular alimentos en la cocina doméstica

Día Internacional de la Alimentación

Una de las paradas más especiales de la Caravana de la Salud será el próximo día 16 de octubre en la sede central del Grupo Cosentino en Almería, coincidiendo con el Día Internacional de la Alimentación. Durante la jornada los empleados conocerán, de la mano de Maite Pelayo, microbióloga y experta en seguridad alimentaria del Instituto Silestone, las diez claves de la higiene en la cocina. Esta sesión se enmarca en la actividad de RSC del Grupo Cosentino que tiene como objetivo aportar conocimiento de valor a la sociedad para la mejora de la salud y el bienestar de las personas.

Para Santiago Alfonso, director de Marketing y Comunicación del Grupo Cosentino, formar parte de la Caravana de la Salud impulsada por Disney, Ferran Adrià y Carrefour nos permite seguir divulgando a la sociedad conocimiento en materia de buenos hábitos en la cocina.
