Instituto Silestone, en la final del concurso Cocinando Diversión

Por primera vez, el Instituto Silestone asesoró sobre alimentación y seguridad en el evento Recetas para Superhéroes. La actividad, organizada juntamente con Carrefour, el chef Ferran Adrià y Disney, se desarrolló en el Teatro Goya de Madrid.

04.06.2018 El Instituto Silestone participó por primera vez en la gran final del evento Recetas para Superhéroes, la final del concurso Cocinando Diversión, en el que tres familias pusieron a prueba sus habilidades como chefs y aprendieron a cocinar de forma segura. Además, esta edición contó con la presencia del reconocido humorista El Monaguillo quien, junto a Ferran Adrià, impartió una masterclass que hizo volar la imaginación de todos los allí presentes.

La microbióloga Maite Pelayo, experta del Instituto Silestone, se encargó de asesorar y enseñar a las familias finalistas consejos sobre cómo obtener alimentos saludables y algunas claves para el cuidado de la cocina. Durante su intervención Superconsejos para conseguir alimentos seguros, la microbióloga destacó aspectos con los que hay que tener especial cuidado a la hora de comprar, conservar, cocinar y comer en el espacio de la cocina.

Seguridad alimentaria

A lo largo de su explicación, Maite transmitió la importancia de ingerir los alimentos lo antes posible para evitar que se contaminen, la eficacia que tiene una buena cocción para eliminar cualquier microbio, o la transcendencia de un correcto mantenimiento de la cocina, ya que así es la única forma de garantizar la seguridad tanto de los alimentos como de toda la familia.

Durante la final, las tres familias elaboraron sus recetas sobre cocinas portátiles equipadas con encimera de Silestone. Para Santiago Alfonso, director de Marketing y Comunicación del Grupo Cosentino, Aportar consejos sobre hábitos saludables y el cuidado de la cocina es uno de los objetivos principales del Instituto Silestone, por lo que formar parte de iniciativas como esta nos permiten seguir divulgando conocimiento sobre el espacio de la cocina.
