Ikea muestra su diseño democrático en Madrid

Para celebrar sus 15 años en el mercado español, Ikea ha organizado una exposición en la Central de Diseño de Matadero de Madrid, donde mostará su diseño democrático hasta el próximo 29 de mayo.

El recorrido de la muestra se articula en dos espacios: por un lado, una sala que acoge los productos icónicos de la marca – cada uno acompañado por un texto informativo escrito por el diseñador que creó cada uno de ellos – y un loft de 90 metros cuadrados decorado al detalle con un presupuesto de 6.000 euros; y por otro lado, una zona donde se expone el proyecto Ikea al Cubo, que ha involucrado a más de doscientos alumnos procedentes de diez escuelas de diseño y universidades de Madrid.

La muestra incluye también un ciclo de talleres para estudiantes de diseño impartido por diseñadores e interioristas de Ikea y un ciclo de talleres para niños a cargo de Muakbabi: uno de diseño de interiores y otro de diseño de producto.
