Ikea elige Valladolid para su nuevo centro de atención al cliente

Ikea continúa su apuesta por Valladolid y ha inaugurado su nuevo Centro de Atención al Cliente en esta provincia.

29.05.2017  El nuevo Centro de Atención al Cliente de Ikea en Valladolid, que se localiza dentro de las instalaciones de la propia tienda Ikea de esta localidad (localizada en en el Centro Comercial Río Shopping, en la localidad vallisoletana de Arroyo de la Encomienda), ha contado con una inversión aproximada de 4 millones de euros y supone la creación de 150 nuevos empleos directos en la localidad.

Su apertura responde a la puesta en marcha y el desarrollo del servicio de compra online, lanzado por Ikea durante su año fiscal 2017, así como a la oferta de nuevos servicios.

Desde el centro se prestará atención personalizada a cada cliente que se ponga en contacto a través de teléfono, correo electrónico, RRSS y/o chat de Ikea, por lo que resultará crucial en la estrategia multicanal de la compañía, que mantiene en el foco la experiencia personal de cada cliente, independientemente del momento, el lugar y el canal que utilice para contactar.

El evento de inauguración del nuevo Centro de Atención al Cliente de Ikea en Valladolid, celebrado el pasado 24 de mayo, y que supuso el inicio de la actividad del centro, contó con un desayuno institucional y un posterior recorrido por las instalaciones, junto a diversas personalidades políticas de Valldolid y Castilla y León, además de representantes de Ikea y del tejido empresarial local.

El centro de Valladolid es el segundo con que la firma cuenta en España, después del de Asturias.

Proveedores nacionales

Se trata de una muestra más de la apuesta de Ikea por España. La multinacional sueca del hábitat, asimismo, trabajó durante el ejercicio 2017 con un total de 1.625 proveedores nacionales de productos y servicios indirectos, tal como se describe en la memoria del año de la empresa, en los que invirtió 122 millones de euros.

Ikea también invirtió durante 2017, tras cerrar el ejercicio fiscal 2016-2017 con una facturación de 1.466 millones de euros, 21,1 millones de euros en nuevas instalaciones y en mejoras en sus establecimientos.
