Tras su décima edición, el programa de entrenamiento Growing Together estrena nueva fórmula interactiva mediante la que permite la formación constante de los comerciales italianos y extranjeros que trabajan con Scavolini.

El programa interactivo Growing Together representa la filosofía de Scavolini, que da prioridad a su política de ventas y pone énfasis especial en el entrenamiento de su equipo de ventas.

Este acercamiento ha alcanzado gran éxito durante los últimos años, primero en Italia y después en mercados extranjeros. De hecho, este año ha sido el tercero en que el taller se ha celebrado en Grecia y España.

Este éxito se debe también en parte a la importancia de los temas tratados durante estos programas: técnicas y psicología para las ventas, control de la gerencia, dirección de marketing y el servicio al cliente, etc.

Active Selling (Venta activa) ha sido el tema elegido para la edición de este año 2008, dedicada a la gestión de las relaciones entre vendedor y consumidor. Los trabajos en grupo se realizaron en Italia e Irlanda y, más tarde, en Grecia, del 30 de septiembre al 1 de octubre, y España, los días 21 y 22 de octubre.
