Gastronomía y solidaridad con Beko

El próximo martes 15 de octubre, Beko organiza en Madrid el primer Maratón de Cocina Solidaria celebrado en España.
El evento comenzará a las 8:30 de la mañana y está previsto que finalice a las 19.

Beko Electrodomésticos ha convertido la Nave Terneras (Casa del Reloj) en una gran cocina totalmente equipada para preparar 2.000 menús y distribuirlos desde este centro operativo a los comedores sociales de Madrid.

Nuevo catálogo de Beko

El laureado chef Martín Berasategui, embajador de Beko en los últimos años, será el autor de las recetas que se prepararán para el menú que se entregará en los comedores sociales, además de ocuparse de la dirección de los más de 300 cocineros, procedentes de las 10 escuelas de cocina más prestigiosas de Madrid y que serán los que preparen los 2.000 menús necesarios.
 
La iniciativa solidaria ha contado con la participación del Ayuntamiento de Madrid y FACIAM (Federación de Asociaciones de Centros para la Integración y Ayuda de Marginados), la colaboración de Cáritas Madrid, y el soporte logístico de Rotary y Ucalsa. Dolores Navarro Ruiz, delegada de Familia, Servicios Sociales y Participación Ciudadana, acudirá en representación del consistorio de la capital.
