Fulgor confirma el cierre de sus instalaciones en España

El proceso concursal en el que está inmersa la central del grupo italiano es la causa del cierre de la filial española.

Ricardo Aguilar, hasta el pasado mes de diciembre Director General de Fulgor Cooking S.L., filial del grupo Fulgor en España, ha confirmado el cierre de las instalaciones que el grupo italiano tenía en la localidad toledana de Esquivias. El motivo del cierre se encuentra en el proceso concursal en el que se está actualmente inmersa la central del grupo con sede en Gallarate, Milán.

La salida del personal de la compañía en España se ha venido realizando de forma gradual desde el pasado mes de octubre, habiendo concluido con la salida del Director General, Ricardo Aguilar, el pasado mes de diciembre.

Con esta confirmación de cierre empresarial quedan, por tanto, desmentidas algunas informaciones que situaban a la filial española en el punto de mira de alguna  compañía italiana del sector de electrodomésticos.
