FEDERMUEBLE inicia una campaña a favor de la financiación de las pymes

El Comité Ejecutivo de FEDERMUEBLE, la patronal española del mueble, reunido el pasado jueves, acordó poner en marcha acciones dirigidas a solucionar los problemas de financiación de las empresas y a exigir que se garantice la seguridad jurídica, en cuestión tras los cambios normativos en el ámbito laboral de los últimos meses.

La Federación Española de Empresarios e Industriales del Mueble, FEDERMUEBLE, durante la reunión de su Comité Ejecutivo celebrada el pasado jueves en Madrid, tomó dos acuerdos para iniciar acciones en relación a la falta de financiación que sufren las pymes, y que en muchos casos está acabando con ellas; también en cuanto a la seguridad jurídica de las empresas, en cuestión tras los cambios normativos en el ámbito laboral de los últimos meses, dos temas que están suscitando una seria preocupación entre los empresarios.

FEDERMUEBLE iniciará así una campaña ante la Administración, la CEOE y CEPYME, entre otros, para exigir medidas que faciliten la financiación de las empresas. Asimismo, la Federación pedirá que los legisladores tengan en cuenta la posible vulneración del derecho a la seguridad jurídica de los empresarios, dado que en los últimos meses se están modificando a un ritmo vertiginoso las normas de aplicación a su actividad empresarial, sobre todo con importantes cambios en las relativas al ámbito laboral.

La falta de crédito se está convirtiendo en el principal obstáculo al que tienen que enfrentarse las empresas en estos momentos, un problema que está asfixiando a muchas de ellas hasta el punto de obligarlas a cerrar o, en el mejor de los casos, a despedir a trabajadores.

La difícil situación de las empresas se está viendo agravada además por la inseguridad jurídica provocada a raíz de la publicación, el pasado mes de julio, de la Ley de Medidas Urgentes para la Reforma del Mercado Laboral, que acaba con algunos incentivos a la contratación bajo cuya vigencia se habían firmado muchos contratos laborales.
