El pasado 4 de noviembre se constituyó la nueva sociedad Conzentria, S.A., participada al 50% por las organizaciones Fadesa-Expert y Activa Hogar.

Esta sociedad estará regida por un Consejo de Administración cuya presidencia correrá a cargo de Juan Carlos Rumbero (Fadesa-Expert) y tendrá como Vicepresidente a Anastasi Gallego (Activa Hogar). Su sede social está en la Calle Serrano, 19; 3º Izquierda de Madrid.

 

Conzentria.

La creación de Conzentria supone englobar un total de 1.829 puntos de venta (1.316 del canal electro y 513 del canal especialista de muebles de cocina), distribuidos por todo el territorio nacional.

Esta sociedad nace con el convencimiento de ambas organizaciones de ser la mejor opción para afrontar los retos que se presentan en el sector de la distribución de electrodomésticos, con el objetivo claro de conseguir en un corto plazo un único y gran grupo empresarial, dotándolo de las mejores y más eficaces herramientas de gestión que redunden en la mayor calidad de servicio y competitividad de sus asociados.
