España, país invitado en CISMEF

La sexta edición de la Feria Internacional de la Pyme en China tendrá lugar del 22 al 25 de septiembre del 2009 en la ciudad de Guanzhou, capital de Cantón, al sudeste del país.

Se trata de una feria multisectorial que obtendrá un gran respaldo institucional del Ministerio de Industria así como de algunas comunidades autónomas, por ser este año España el país invitado.

Para animar a la participación de las pequeñas y medianas empresas, el Instituto de Comercio Exterior ha propuesto un acuerdo para aquellas empresas que quieran acudir a esta edición que incluye la financiación de casi la totalidad de los gastos del viaje y el stand en la feria, además de la oferta de agendas cerradas con reuniones bilaterales con potenciales clientes y proveedores locales, así como servicio de interpretación gratuito.


 
Para Yang Yang director general de la oficina del CIMEF se trata de una muy buena oportunidad para las pymes españolas dado que China es una país que se prevé que crezca este año un 8% (6.7% según el Fondo Monetario Internacional) y no sólo para buscar proveedores sino para buscar mercado en este país – insiste Yang – ya que es una feria que tiene el respaldo del gobierno chino como plataforma bidireccional.

También destacó la importancia de Cantón como zona industrial de gran desarrollo en China, y una de las regiones con mayor actividad económica del país, representando casi el 13% del total del PIB chino y cuyas principales industrias son el textil-confección, la maquinaria y el equipo eléctrico. 
 
Participación española
La organización del CISMEF espera la participación de unas 150 empresas españolas que ocupen los 10.000 metros cuadrados reservados para ellos.

Tal es el potencial de la zona que el Gobierno español ha creado un Consulado General en Cantón cuyo objetivo es, entre otros, acompañar a las que realicen negocios en esta zona. Se prevé una inversión de 745 millones de euros para la promoción de empresas españolas en China durante este añio.
 
Durante las 5 ediciones anteriores, el CIMEF ha obtenido la participación de más de 15 mil empresas expositoras y más de un 1 millón de visitantes.
