Elica, empresa italiana donde se trabaja mejor

Según una encuesta realizada a empleados de diferentes empresas italianas, Elica ha sido reconocida como la cuarta empresa italiana donde mejor se trabaja.

Según apuntan los resultados de la investigación "Best Workplaces Italia 2007”, Elica se ha hecho con uno de los "Great Place to Work", otorgados a las mejores empresas para las cuales trabajar en Italia.

Elica ha registrado un óptimo resultado en el ranking, calificándose en el cuarto lugar, como primera empresa italiana después de las multinacionales Google, Coca Cola y Microsoft.

Las personas que trabajan para nosotros son el verdadero capital de la sociedad, comenta Francesco Casoli, Presidente Ejecutivo del Grupo (en la imagen). Es por ello que el Elica dedica parte de sus ganancias a proyectos creados para la mejora de la calidad de sus empleados. Uno de ellos es el proyecto Elica Life, por el cual la empresa entiende alimentar una real cultura del Hi-life, alta calidad de vida.

"Best Workplaces Italia" examinó, en el curso del 2007, un centenar de empresas, todas seleccionadas entre las mejores organizaciones del territorio nacional, sobre la base de cuestionarios completados por los empleados y de específicos requisitos relativos al clima empresarial.
