José María Verdeguer Castelló es el nuevo presidente de la Federación Española de Comerciantes de Electrodomésticos (FECE).

José María Verdeguer Castelló es, desde el pasado 1 de enero, el nuevo presidente de la Federación Española de Comerciantes de Electrodomésticos (FECE). Elegido por unanimidad en el transcurso de la última Asamblea General de esta patronal celebrada el pasado 13 de diciembre, cuenta con una dilatada experiencia en el sector de la distribución de equipamiento de hogar y electrónica de consumo.

Nacido en 1954 en Masarrochos (Valencia), está casado y es padre de dos hijos. Su trayectoria profesional siempre ha  transcurrido en paralelo a la del canal de agrupaciones de electrodomésticos en España, por lo que es un gran conocedor del modelo de distribución. en nuestro país En 1984 se trasladó a Madrid para gestionar la puesta en marcha del Grupo Dinel; más tarde, en 1990 lideró el nacimiento de la enseña Milar, y en 2006 asumió la Dirección General de Sinersis, como consecuencia de la fusión de Densa y Dinel.

FECE
La Federación Española de Comerciantes de Electrodomésticos (FECE) fue fundada en Madrid en 1980 y está formada por las distintas asociaciones regionales de comerciantes del sector, cadenas nacionales y todos los grupos de compra. Tiene como objetivo defender y representar a escala nacional los intereses de los comerciantes de electrodomésticos.

FECE desempeña el papel de principal portavoz de las inquietudes de los comerciantes del sector ante las instituciones políticas nacionales y europeas, así como ante todos los operadores sectoriales. Además opera en todo el territorio español y a través de sus entidades asociadas representa a más de 7.000 establecimientos de electrodomésticos.

La Federación está adscrita a diferentes organismos que representan los intereses del pequeño comercio, como son a nivel nacional la Confederación Española de Comercio  y por medio de esta organización en CEPYME y CEOE (Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales), y a nivel internacional EFER (European Federation of Electronic Retailers), Business Europe y EuroCommerce.
