Electrolux recibe el Premio al Producto más Innovador en Madrid Fusión

El pasado lunes 21 de enero y en el marco de Madrid Fusión, Electrolux recibió el Premio al Producto más Innovador por sus Cocinas Modulares, con las que se han equipado los Talleres Magistrales conducidos por grandes chefs.

En Madrid Fusión 2013 se han dado cita, entre otros, el joven chef colombiano Juan Manuel Barrientos (restaurante ElCielo) y la gastronomía del estado brasileño de Minas Gerais; la nueva cocina de la vieja Europa representada por los franceses Pascal Barbot (L@¬#Astrance) y Pierre Hermé, y el alemán Sven Elverfeld (Aqua). Tampoco ha faltado la cocina española, con chefs como Ángel León (Aponiente), QuiqueDacosta o David Muñoz (Diverxo).

Electrolux Madrid FusiónEn este marco, Electrolux recogió el galardón a la mejor innovación tecnológica por las cocinas modulares equipadas con la nueva Gama de Electrolux Inspiration Range, la misma que ha estado presente en los Talleres Magistrales de la cumbre gastronómica. Fernando Jiménez, director de Marketing de la firma, recogió el Premio entregado por las autoridades del Ayuntamiento de Madrid y la Dirección de Madrid Fusión.

Para Electrolux la cocina es el corazón del hogar y en torno a esta estancia se viven experiencias inolvidables, a las que Electrolux desea contribuir. Madrid Fusión es una perfecta demostración de esta filosofía: la cocina se ha convertido en un espacio que exige resultados profesionales y, por ello, la Gama Inspiration Range de Electrolux ha incorporado las últimas tendencias e innovaciones de las equipaciones de los chefs profesionales al ámbito doméstico.

En la nueva Gama Inspiration Range destacan los hornos a vapor y también las encimeras de inducción de Electrolux Infinite, que liberan de la necesidad de ubicar los recipientes correctamente ordenados sobre los quemadores o las zonas de cocción.
