Electrolux presenta el nuevo Programa de Calidad

La compañía realiza una gira que recorre todas sus fábricas europeas para mostrar las ventajas del EQE (Electrolux Quality Excellence), enmarcado en el EMS (Electrolux Manufacturing System).

La fábrica de lavado que el Grupo Electrolux posee en la localidad madrileña de Alcalá de Henares ha recibido hoy el nuevo emblema del sistema de producción global EMS que la compañía puso en marcha en todas su plantas hace dos años, un camión-demo que visitará hasta el 31 de noviembre todas las fábricas de Electrolux con el objetivo de concienciar a los empleados de la importancia de la calidad en los procesos.

Electrolux es la primera compañía fabricante de electrodomésticos que ha implantado un sistema de producción global de esta índole. El plan persigue mejoras en la calidad, optimización de recursos, mejoras ergonómicas y reducción de costes en producto y procesos. La novedad es que son los propios operarios quienes proponen dichas mejoras. Sindicatos y comité de empresa también colaboran. El resultado final es que el EMS crece y se enriquece a través de las ideas de los propios trabajadores.

El camión-demo muestra a los empleados un vídeo sobre calidad de Magnus Yngen, Consejero Delegado de Electrolux Major Appliances Europe, y les propone un juego en el que dos grupos de 15 personas compiten dando respuesta a cuestiones sobre calidad, vinculadas al nuevo programa EQE. Además, el camión-demo permite realizar visitas guiadas a grupos de unas 30 personas que pueden así ampliar sus conocimientos sobre calidad.
