Electrolux fomentará el empleo local en su nueva sede de Alcobendas

El Grupo Electrolux colaborará con el Ayuntamiento de de la localidad madrileña para generar empleo en la zona.
Las sociedades del Grupo Electrolux en España, que trasladaron sus oficinas centrales a Alcobendas el pasado mes de febrero, han firmado un convenio de colaboración con este Ayuntamiento para fomentar el empleo entre los vecinos de la zona. Además, se pondrá especial atención cuando se trate de los siguientes colectivos: jóvenes menores de 25 años, mayores de 40 años, personas con discapacidad, parados de larga duración, parados que por su situación socio-profesional, necesiten una inserción inmediata en el mundo laboral y colectivos en riesgo de exclusión social.
En virtud del mismo en los procesos de selección de la compañía, que comercializa en España bajo las marcas Electrolux, AEG y Zanussi, se tomarán en consideración con carácter preferente la contratación de trabajadores que presente la Agencia de Colocación del Ayuntamiento. Los perfiles más demandados actualmente por el Grupo Electrolux son comerciales y profesionales de atención al cliente. Gracias al convenio el Ayuntamiento potenciará la participación de estos trabajadores en los cursos contemplados en el Programa de Formación Empresarial conforme a la estrategia de fomento del empleo.

Ahora con este nuevo Convenio pretendemos apoyar la generación de empleo entre los residentes de Alcobendas.
