Electrolux entrega el premio más nutritivo y sabroso

Electrolux y la Fundación Española de la Nutrición (FEN) entregaron ayer, Día de la Alimentación Saludable, el premio del concurso para elaborar el plato más nutritivo y sabroso.

Ricardo Carramiñana, Director General de Electrolux; Gregorio Varela, presidente de la Fundación Española de la Nutrición (FEN); Luis Irizar, fundador de la Escuela de Cocina Luis Irizar; el crítico gastronómico Jesús Llona; y el prestigioso chef de Electrolux Fernando Canales, fueron los encargados de presentar la final del concurso para elaborar el plato más nutritivo y sabroso, que se celebró ayer, 4 de junio, Día de la Alimentación Saludable, en el restaurante Akebaso sito en Atxondo (Vizcaya). 

El premio fue concedido a Ander García, de la Escuela  Superior de Hostelería de Archanda, por su caldo de garbanzos y dados de cordero lechal.

Con este evento Electrolux pretende concienciar, tanto a los profesionales como al público, de la importancia de una alimentación favorable para la salud. También se quiere demostrar que la utilización de los electrodomésticos puede resultar de gran ayuda a la hora de preservar todas las propiedades nutritivas de los alimentos, al mismo tiempo que conservar e incluso potenciar todo su sabor.

Para tal fin, Electrolux cuenta con la colaboración de la FEN, entidad dedicada a la investigación y divulgación en materia de nutrición y con la que Electrolux colabora desde el año 2006.
