El Salón del Mueble de Túnez, que se celebró del 21 al 30 de marzo, tiene previsto abrirse al mercado internacional en su próxima edición. La feria también dará lugar a una exposición de mueble y decoración de cocina en febrero de 2015.

El Salón del Mueble de Túnez, una de las citas feriales más importantes del país, es un evento profesional de gran relevancia, organizado con el apoyo de organizaciones profesionales (UTICA,  Unión Tunecina de la Industria, el Comercio y la Artesanía) y el Centro Técnico de Industrias de Madera y Muebles (CETIBA). 

Su objetivo es ofrecer a los visitantes profesionales y al público general las nuevas colecciones y modelos de todo tipo de muebles, desarrollar las relaciones comerciales y alianzas entre los profesionales del sector, y aumentar las ventas y construir una imagen de marca sólida de la industria del mueble.

La oferta del salón se reparte entre varias ramas de actividad: mobiliario moderno y contemporáneo, muebles rústicos y tradicionales, y muebles de hierro forjado. La esposición de este años ha ocupado 30.000 m2, el total disponible del Parque de Exposiciones y Centro de Comercio Internacional de Túnez

La próxima edición tendrá lugar del 20 al 29 de marzo de 2015.
