El chef Diego Guerrero, embajador de AEG, comparte sus trucos de cocina y reta a los fans de la firma de electrodomésticos.

Cómo cocer un huevo, madurar la fruta en el frigorífico, cocer pechugas para que estén sabrosas, remojar legumbres y congelar, o cuándo añadir el azúcar al merengue, son algunos de los trucos que el chef del restaurante DStage comparte con truquivídeos muy sencillos de pocos minutos de duración.

El RetoAEG, para los cocineros más creativos

Además, AEG y Guerrero retan a los fans de la firma  a compartir sus trucos personales. Entre los más creativos se seleccionarán cinco personas, con sus respectivos acompañantes, que podrán vivir un taller experiencial con el afamado chef cuyo restaurante cuenta con una estrella Michelin.

Los ganadores serán elegidos entre Diego Guerrero y AEG. Retamos a todo el mundo, no hace falta ser un experimentado cocinero, simplemente vamos a premiar ese truco diferencial, a veces pasado entre generaciones o fruto de nuestra experiencia, que nos hace llevar nuestros platos a otro nivel, explica Norma Espinosa, de AEG.

El premio del #RetoAEG
Un taller experiencial con Diego Guerrero y su equipo de profesionales de Dstage (Regueros, 8, Madrid) que se realizará el sábado 23 de abril de 12 a 16 horas será el premio de este reto. Tras cocinar y conocer de primera mano cómo se realizan algunos de los platos emblemáticos de este equipo, los ganadores podrán degustar sus propias creaciones cocinadas en el taller de DStage equipado con los electrodomésticos AEG. En resumen, un premio para sentir lo que se vive en este restaurante tal y como se recoge en sus siglas: Days to Smell Taste Amaze Grow & Enjoy.
