El Real Decreto-Ley ayuda a la industria

El pasado 14 de abril entró en vigor un Real Decreto-Ley con medidas para el impulso de la recuperación económica, el empleo y la rehabilitación. La norma recoge algunas reivindicaciones de la industria.

El Real Decreto-Ley con medidas para el impulso de la recuperación económica, el empleo y la rehabilitación recoge algunas reivindicaciones realizadas por empresas y asociaciones del sector de la madera y el mueble en España a través de Confemadera y defendidas al máximo por la Confederación,. 

Así lo recuerda el Secretario General de Confemadera, Francesc de Paula Pons, que explica cómo este Real Decreto-Ley recoge peticiones como la nueva deducción en el IRPF por obras de mejora en la vivienda habitual, la reducción del IVA por dichas obras, o la ampliación del concepto de rehabilitación estructural a efectos del IVA, entre otras.
 
Para Francesc de Paula Pons, las medidas aprobadas suponen un avance, aunque hay que seguir reivindicando ante el Gobierno, mediante la unidad sectorial y a través de CEOE como hasta ahora, que se pongan en marcha otras medidas en la misma línea que posibiliten un incentivo real del consumo de productos del sector, lo que reportará claros beneficios para la reactivación de la actividad industrial y la lucha contra la economía sumergida y el desempleo.

Según Pons, el consumidor español tiene que tener una motivación clara para que la rehabilitación y la reforma en nuestro país se sitúe al nivel europeo.
