El mueble valenciano, en Marruecos

Un grupo de 11 empresas fabricantes de muebles de la Comunidad Valenciana se ha desplazado esta semana a Marruecos gracias a la misión comercial organizada por Anieme y el IVEX.

La Asociación Nacional de Industriales y Exportadores de Muebles de España (ANIEME) y el Instituto Valenciano de Exportación (IVEX) han organizado una misión comercial a Marruecos en la que participan once empresas valencianas: Soher, Syrna, Mariner, Ziru, Amparo Mora, Ascensión Latorre, Point, Industrias Mova, Eve, Expormim y José Carbonell, que se han desplazado a Casablanca (Marruecos) en una misión comercial que dura toda esta semana, del 11 al 15 de febrero.

La misión tiene como objetivo fundamental promover contactos comerciales que contribuyan a introducir el mueble producido en la Comunidad Valenciana en los proyectos de decoración integral de instalaciones, fundamentalmente hoteles y complejos residenciales, que están desarrollándose en los últimos años en Marruecos.

Marruecos como oportunidad de negocio

Según estudios previos realizados de forma conjunta por ANIEME e IVEX sobre el canal contract y el mueble para instalaciones en Marruecos, existen interesantes posibilidades de negocio para el mueble español, que goza ya de reconocido prestigio en el mercado marroquí por su calidad y diseño. Por ello se deben intensificar las acciones de promoción del sector del mueble en Marruecos para afianzar la presencia de las empresas valencianas en este mercado.

Actualmente, Marruecos ocupa el 11º puesto en el ranking de destino de la exportación española de muebles. Concretamente de enero a octubre de 2007 se exportaron más de 30 millones de euros, cifra que supuso un crecimiento del 84,2 % en comparación con el mismo periodo del año anterior.

A nivel de la Comunidad Valenciana, Marruecos se sitúa en el puesto 15º como destino de las exportaciones valencianas de muebles, con más de 3,5 millones de euros exportados entre enero y octubre 2007, cifra que refleja un incremento del 37,8% con respecto al ejercicio anterior.
