El Hogar Origami de Whirlpool triunfa en Casa Decor

Whirlpool presentó ayer ante los medios su Hogar Origami, una fórmula futurística nacida de la fusión de la propuesta In.Home del Whirlpool Global Consumer y la idea pliegue habitado del arquitecto Héctor Ruíz.
Whirlpool ha querido demostrar una vez más en Casa Decor Barcelona 2006 que sigue siendo uno de los fabricantes más innovadores en el mercado.

Prestaciones futurísticas y un diseño de vanguardia protagonizan el espacio que la multinacional presentó en la exposición ayer, 23 de noviembre. Se trata del Hogar Origami, una propuesta arquitectónica en la que el papel habitado ideado por el arquitecto Héctor Ruíz deja ver las posibilidades del proyecto In.Home, nacido tras seis años de estudio de Whirlpool Global Consumer y protagonizado por electrodomésticos de la cocina del futuro y adaptables a los estados de ánimo de los individuos.

Allí, destacan prototipos como Laundry Wall que, según la necesidad, selecciona el cajón de ropa sucia cuando éste está lleno, lo vacía y se programa automáticamente según color; el Armario Purificador de olores; la encimera In.Table, capaz de enfriar o calentar alimentos, según las necesidades del usuario, etc.

Arquitectónicamente, el Hogar Origami recuerda a la papiroflexia utilizando el hermetismo como esencia del proyecto. En este hogar destacan los próximos lanzamientos de Whirlpool, como un frigorífico encastrado de apertura superior y una nueva cafetera built-in, que no estarán en el mercado hasta el próximo 2008.
